Summary Minutes of the Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee
Meeting
The Orange County Water District Ad Hoc Committee held a meeting on April 28, 2003.
Present were John Summerfield, Michael Beverage, William Robertson, OCWD Director Larry
Kraemer and Assistant General Manager John Kennedy.
The Committee discussed OCWD's recent decision to lower the Basin Production Percentage
from 75% to 66% and raise the Replenishment Assessment to $149 per acre foot.
