SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Finance-Accounting Committee Meeting
The Finance-Accounting Committee held a meeting on May 5, 2003. Present were Arthur C.
Korn, Michael Beverage, William Robertson and Beverly Mena. The Committee discussed the
following items:
1. Water Rates. Mr. Robertson and .Ms. Meza presented a brief spreadsheet of anticipated
water rates. The Committee discussed the matter at length. The Committee tentatively set
two additional meetings for October 1 and October 15 at 9:00 a.m. to continue discussion
of this matter.
2. Fees. The Committee asked questions and there was a discussion about the draft report on
water, sewer and customer service fees.
