SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Finance-Accounting Committee Meeting
The Finance-Accounting Committee held a meeting on October 1, 2003. Present were Arthur C.
Korn, Michael Beverage, William Robertson and Beverly Meza. The Committee discussed a
variety of water rate ideas, philosophies and policies. Another meeting was scheduled for
October 15 at 9:00 a.m. to continue discussion of this matter.
