MINUTES OF THE
YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
April 5, 1995
The April 5, 1995, Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of
Directors was called to order by President Arthur C. Korn at 8:34 a.m. The meeting was held at
District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

Item 1. Discussion of pending litigation to which the District is a parry, (subsection (a) of Section
54956.9), County of Orange, Chapter 9, Case No. SA 94-22272-M Orange County Investment
Pools, Chapter 9, Case No. SA 94-22273-JR before the US Bankruptcy Court, the Central District
of California. The Board of Directors gave direction to Counsel.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Vice President Beverage, seconded by Director Fox, the Board of Directors voted
5-0, at 10:48 a.m. to adjourn.
The next meeting gf the Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, April 13, 1995, at 8:30 am.,
in the District Boardroom
