Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on March 2, 2004. Directors Paul R. Armstrong and
Arthur C. Korn, General Manager Michael Payne and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson
were present.
The following items were presented:
1. Water Awareness Month Open House. The committee reviewed and discussed plans for
this event to be held on Saturday, May 8, 2004.
2. West Coast Magazine. The committee discussed providing articles on water conservation,
supply and quality, as well as other District related subjects for publication in this monthly
magazine.
3. Construction project outreach. The Committee reviewed and discussed plans for public
outreach to customers who will be affected by the Zone Two Pipeline project.

issue of the newsletter.
