A meeting of the Public Information Committee was called to order by Committee hair aul
Armstrong at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the District Headquarters, 4622 Plu sa
Drive, Yorba Linda.

ACTION CALENDR ITEMS
1. 2005 Annual Report. The Committee reviewed the draft text of the 2005 edition of the
Annual Report. The report will be published in January of next year.
STANDING ITEMS
2. Future issues of Water Lines newsletter. The Committee discussed topics including the
YLWD/OCWD dispute regarding Bryant Ranch water rights, the effects of a possible
drought on water supplies, the Fats, Oils and Grease sewer clog prevention program,
water quality and water conservation.
3. Drought related issues. The Committee discussed the possibility of drought affecting
Colorado River water supplies and the District's public education response.
4. Public Information Events. The Committee discussed the District's Facilities Tour held on
September , a d the District participation in the Placentia Heritage Days Parade to be
held Octob 8 a 0d the Yorba Linda Fiesta Days Parade and Street Faire to be held on
October 30.
