Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on May 29, 2002. Directors Mark Abramowitz and Paul
Armstrong, General Manager Bill Robertson, Assistant General Manager Michael Payne and
Public Information Officer Mike Robinson were present.
The following item was discussed:
1. Web site imnrovements. The committee reviewed additions to the District's internet web site
including a water quality page, a water conservation page, internet links, a "bulletin board"
listing upcoming events, frequently asked questions, department summaries and publications.
The committee members offered advice to staff.
2. Consumer Confidence Renort. The committee reviewed the draft text for this annual
publication and offered advice to staff.
3. Salary survev for kev management staff. The committee reviewed the salary survey materials
and offered advice to staff.
