SUBJECT: Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on September 10, 2002. Directors Mark Abramowitz and
Paul Armstrong, General Manager Bill Robertson and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson
were present.
The following items were discussed:
1. Waterlines. The committee reviewed the text for the upcoming issue.
2. Annual Renort. The committee discussed the theme and production of the 2002-2003 issue.
3. Fiesta Davs and Heritap-e Days. The committee discussed the District's plans for participation
in these annual events.
4. Web site improvements. This item was continued until the next committee meeting.
