SUBJECT: Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on July 1, 2003. Directors Mike Beverage and Paul
Armstrong, General Manager Bill Robertson and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson were
present.
The following items were presented:
1. Water Lines Newsletter. The committee reviewed and discussed the text of the upcoming
issue of the newsletter.
2. Other. The committee discussed a District-wide comprehensive customer survey to be
performed in 2004, and an informal customer survey related to water pressure issues.
