SUBJECT: Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on September 18, 2003. Directors Mike Beverage and
Paul Armstrong, General Manager Bill Robertson and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson
were present.
The following items were presented:
1. Water Lines Newsletter. The committee reviewed and discussed the text of the upcoming
issue of the newsletter.
2. Annual Renort. The committee reviewed and discussed the text of the upcoming 2003-2004
report.
3. Heritaae Davs and Fiesta Davs. The committee discussed the District's participation in the
Heritage Days parade and the Fiesta Days Street Faire. There will be no Fiesta Days parade this
year.
