BOARD OF DIRECTORS AJOURNED MEETING

The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District was
called to order by the Secretary, William P. Workman, at 8:32 a.m., in the Fire Station at
18422 Lemon, Yorba Linda, CA. because of the lack of a quorum. The meeting was
adjourned to 8:30 a.m. January 31, 1990 in the Fire Station at 18422 Lemon Drive, Yorba
Linda.
