MINUTES OF THE
YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING
September 12,1990
The special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District was
called to order by Arthur C. Korn, President, at 10:01 a.m., at the District Headquarters,
4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda. Directors present were: Paul Armstrong, Sterling
Fox, Vice President Roy Knauft and President Arthur C. Korn. Also present were William
Robertson, Acting General Manager and Mr. Robert Murray, Ralph Anderson and
Associates.
CLOSED SESSION:
President Korn excused Acting General Manager William Robertson and directed the
Board into a closed session with Mr. Murray to review candidates for the General
Manager position.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Vice President Knauft and seconded by Director Fox, the Board of
Directors voted 4-0 to adjourn the meeting at 12:00 noon.
