The September 8, 2004 meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Building Ad Hoc
Committee was called to order by Chair Michael J. Beverage at 4:00 p.m. The meeting
was held at District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

STANDING ITEMS
1. Site plan for the new administration building.
The committee reviewed and discussed two possible site locations for the new
administration building. Two viable options were identified and discussed, one
having an entrance off Richfield Road, and the other off Mira Loma Avenue. The
committee members recommended the Mira Loma site.
2. Site plant/department massing.
The architect presented a general massing or "bubble" diagram indicating the size
and relationship between the different departments. The committee also
discussed department massing, building orientation, location of common areas,
areas designated for public use and parking.
The meeting adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
