BUILDING AD HOC COMMITTEE NOV November 18, 2004, 4:00 P.M.

A meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Building Ad Hoc Committee was called to
order by Vice President Beverage at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was held at District
Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
Site plan for the new administration building. The committee reviewed and
discussed a revised conceptual layout based on preliminary work by the building
design committee, the architect and input from previous Building Ad Hoc
Committee meetings.
2. Order of Magnitude Cost Estimate. The architect presented an order of magnitude
cost estimate based on the revised floor plan and concept drawing. The
committee discussed these costs and requested additional information from staff
on options and recommendations for financing costs over the original estimate.
3. Final conceptual layout presentation. The committee discussed the possibility of
presenting the final conceptual layout at the meeting of the full Board on December
9, 2004.
The committee adjourned at 5:20 P.M.
