BUILDING AD HOC COMMITTEE

A meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Building Ad Hoc Committee was called to
order by John Summerfield at 8:35 a.m. The meeting was held at District Headquarters,
4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

Jack Panichapan, Gillis & Associates
STAFF PRESENT:
Michael A. Payne, General Manager
Kenneth Vecchlarelii, Assistant GM
William Moorhead, Sr. Project Engineer
Mike Robinson, Assistant Administrator
Art Vega, Information Systems Admin.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Floor Plan
The committee discussed floor plan details including the size and location of
restrooms located in the interior of the building, adjacent storage, workspace, door
and access issues and an exterior break area.
2 Mr. Gillis and Mr. Panichapan presented five elevations with varied exterior
architectural designs. The committee favored the prairie style with some
contemporary elements as having the best appeal or "flavor".
3. The committee recommended presenting the final conceptual floor plan and the
five outside architectural designs for the full Board's consideration on February 24,
2005.
The committee adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
