YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
BUILDING AD HOC COMMITTEE
February 21, 2008, 4:00 P.M.
913 Richfield Road, Placentia, CA
A meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Building Ad Hoc Committee was called to
order by John Summerfield at 4:00 pm. The meeting was held at District's Emergency
Operations Center, 913 Richfield Road, Placentia, CA.
DIRECTORS PRESENT STAFF PRESENT:
Michael J. Beverage Pat Grady, IT Director
John W. Summerfield Hank Samaripa, Project Engineer
Cindy Mejia, Administration
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Discussed lobby display wall concept and cost to design.
2. Reviewed the new District logo status. February 26th projected date for approval.
3. Discussed construction progress to date for the new building.
4. Reviewed the critical path status. AT&T telephone service is a high risk for on-
time completion.
5. Reviewed overall project budget. No change.
6. Discussed the Miraloma Street improvement start up date of Feb. 26, 2008.
7. Reviewed the AV proposal for the Board Room.
ADJOURNMENT:
The committee adjourned at 5:45pm.
