A five minute recess was called by President Cromwell after which the
meeting convened into a Closed Session at 10:22 A.M.
The Board reconvened into regular session at 10:51 A.M.-
The Meeting adjourned at 10:52 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. April 17, 1986.

The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba
Linda Water District was called to order by President Cromwell at 8:30 A.M.
in the District offices at 4622 Plumosa, Yorba Linda. Directors present:
Paul R. Armstrong, Whit Cromwell, Sterling Fox, M. Roy Knauft, Jr., William R.
Mills, Jr. Also present: Ralph C. Shook general manager, Arthur C. Korn
assistant general manager, Arthur G. Kidman legal cou:isel from Rutan &
Tucker.
Mr. Kidman requested a closed session regarding the Pass-Through Agreement
with the City of Yorba Linda.
Meeting went into closed session at 8:32 A.M.
Meeting reconvened to open session at 10:45 A.M.
Meeting adjourned at 10:45 A.M. with no formal action taken on any items
discussed.
