The regular adjourned meeting of the board of Directors of the Yorba
Water District was called to order by Vice President Knauft at 7:00
P.M. in the District offices at 4622 Plumosa, Yorba Linda. Directors
present: Paul R. Armstrong, Sterling Fox, M. Roy Knauft, Jr., William R.
Mills, Jr. President Cromwell was absent. Also present: Ralph C. Shook
general manager, William J. Robertson planning manager, Dave Argo
Orange County Water District.
Water Quality of the Santa Ana River was discussed.
Vice President Knauft and Mr. Robertson reported on the meeting with
County officials earlier in the day.
No action was taken on any item discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 9:23 P.M.
