The adjourned workshop meeting of the Board of Directors was
called to order by President Cromwell at 1:00 P.M. in the
District offices at 4622 Plumosa, Yorba Linda. Directors present:
Paul R. Armstrong, Whit Cromwell, Sterling Fox, M. Roy Knauft,
Jr. William R. Mills, Jr.
The meeting was scheduled as a Board workshop session with no
action taken on any items discussed.
Motion by Director Mills and seconded by Director Fox to adjourn.
Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 3:15 P.M.
