The adjourned workshop meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda Water District was called to order by President
Cromwell at 7:00 P.M. in the District offices at 4622 Plumosa,
Yorba Linda. Directors present: Paul R. Armstrong, Whit Cromwell,
Sterling Fox, M. Roy Knauft, Jr., William R. Mills, Jr. Also
present: Ralph C. Shook general manager, Arthur C. Korn assistant
general manager, William J. Robertson executive assistant to the
general manager.
The meeting was scheduled as a Board workshop session with no
action taken on any items discussed. Items discussed were:
1. Health Insurance Plan for retired employees
2. Board Committees
3. Bank Account policy
4. Annexation Policy
5. Management structure, backup and representation
6. Plant No.1 on Richfield Road
7. Consulting fees
8. One year schedule for Board meetings.
Meeting adjourned at 9:08 P.M.
