The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of Yorba Linda
Water District was called to order by President Cromwell at 7:00
P.M. in the District offices at 4622 Plumosa, Yorba Linda.
Directors present: Whit Cromwell, Sterling Fox, M. Roy Knauft,
Jr., William R. Mills, Jr. Also present: Ralph C. Shook general
manager. Director Paul Armstrong came into the meeting at 7:47
P.M.
The meeting was scheduled as a workshop session to review
personnel recruitment policy and interview personnel consultants.
Directors present discussed personnel recruitment policy.

Ronald B. Linsky of Ron Linsky and
Materna of Morgan Samuels Co Inc.
the Directors discussed at length the
Motion by Director Armstrong and seconded by Director Fox to
authorize Director Knauft to negotiate with Robert Murray of
Ralph Anderson & Associates concerning their service.
