The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of Yorba Linda
Water District was called to order by President Cromwell at 1:00
p. in. in the District offices at 4622 Plumosa, Yorba Linda.
Directors present: Paul R. Armstrong, Whit Cromwell, Sterling
Fox, M. Roy Knauft, Jr., William R, Mills, Jr. Also present:
Ralph C. Shook general manager, Arthur C. Korn assistant general
manager, William J. Robertson executive assistant to the general
manager and Michael Robinson administrative aide, and Bob Murray
of Ralph Anderson Associates.
The meeting was scheduled as a workshop session.
Bob Murray reported on the progress of the recruitment program.
The Personnel Committee reported on the meeting of April 29, 1987
concerning : Meet and Confer items, general insurance report, and
the port retirement medical report.
Tree Board started the review of the draft of the Five Year Plan.
No action was taken on any item discussed.
Meeting adlourned at 3: 30 P. M. to 8: 30 A. M. , Wednesday, May 13,
1987.
