The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda Water District was called to order by President
Cromwell at 8:30 A.M. in the District offices at 4622 Plumosa,
Yorba Linda. Directors present: Whit Cromwell, Sterling Fox, M.
Roy Knauft, Jr., William R. Mills, Jr. Director Paul R. Armstrong
was absent. Also present: Ralph C. Shook general manager, Arthur
C. Korn assistant general manager, William J. Robertson executive
assistant to the general manager and Michael Robinson
administrative aide.
The meeting was scheduled as a workshop session.
Mr. Korn gave an update on the Meet and Confer process.
President Cromwell reported on the Personnel Committee meeting of
May 12 and a review of interviews with the insurance
representative at the ACWA Conference concerning post retirement
medical coverage. Discussion followed with no formal action
taken.
The five-year plan was reviewed in some detail. The staff to
prepare an updated draft for the meeting of May 28, 1987.
Meeting adjourned at 9:56 A. M.
