1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:34 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL

None.
4. CLOSED SESSION
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 5:35 p.m. All Directors were
present. Also present were HR/Risk and Safety Manager Gina Knight, and
General Counsel Andrew Gagen.
4.1. Public Employee Performance Evaluation
Pursuant to Section 54957 of the California Government Code

General Manager Marcantonio and Assistant General Manager Barbre joined the
Closed Session at 6:18 p.m.

The Board reconvened in Open Session at 6:30 p.m. General Counsel Gagen
stated that no action was taken during Closed Session that was required to be
reported under the Brown Act.
