MINUTES OF THE
YORBA LINDA WATER D1vTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED MEETING
OCTOBER 23, 1987
The ad Mourned meeting of the Bo#~z d of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water
District was called to order by =rresident Cromwell at 5:00 p.m., October
3, 1987 in the District offices ;it 4622 Plumose, Yorba Linda, Directors
present: Whit Cromwell, M. Roy Knauft, Arthur C. Korn and Sterling Fox,.
Also present were members of the staff and approximately 100 guests.
Item I- President Cromwell welcomed the assembled Board, staff
friends, colleagues and well w?shers to honor Ralph Shook on his
retirement. `carious presentations were made to Ralph Shook including a
placque from the Board of Directors and gift presented by President
Cromwell.
Item 2. President Cromwell presented a Resolution to Art Korn honoring
him for his service to the District as Assistant General Manager.
