BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADJOURNED MEETING
June 12, 1996
The June 12, 1996, Adjourned Meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Board of Directors was
called to order by President Michael Beverage at 8:33 a.m. The meeting was held at District
Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS WORKSHOP
Item 1. General Counsel interviews. The Board of Directors interviewed representatives of four
legal firms. At the conclusion of the process, no action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Director Fox, seconded by Director Scanlin, the Board of Directors voted 5-0, at
1:33 p.m. to adjourn to the next Regular meeting of the Board of Directors, which is scheduled for
June 13, 1996, at 8:30 a.m. at the District office.
