1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL

None.
4. CLOSED SESSION
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 5:33 p.m. All Directors in
attendance were present. Also present were General Manager Marc
Marcantonio and General Counsel Andrew Gagen.

Consultation with General Manager to Provide Annual Homeland Security

The Board reconvened in Open Session at 6:32 p.m. No action was taken during
Closed Session that was required to be reported under the Brown Act.
