SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Planning-Engineering-Operations Committee Meeting
The Planning-Engineering-Operations Committee held a meeting on September 13, 1994. Present
' were Paul Armstrong, Sterling Fox, William Robertson, and Chuck Gray. The following items
were discussed by the committee.
' 1. Mickel Lane Sewer. Chuck Gray, Engineering Manager, presented a staff report on
options to provide sewer service to Mickel Lane. Items discussed was the history of the
project, District sewer policies and funding options, benefit assessment options, and
' advantages of constructing the sewer main in conjunction with the city storm drain project.
The committee asked several questions and offered advice to staff. This matter will be
presented for action at the September 22, 19% Board of Directors meeting.
