' SUBJECT: Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
' The Public Information Committee met on October 4, 1994. Directors Paul Armstrong, Mike
Beverage, General Manager Bill Robertson and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson were
present. The following issues were discussed:
I' 1. Annual Report & District Guide. The committee reviewed the publication's draft text
and format and provided direction to staff.
I' 2. Public relations consultant. Mr. Robinson reported on a meeting held with Laer Pearce
and Al Tello of Laer Pearce and Associates. The consultant will begin scheduling interviews
1 with members of the Board of Directors and senior staff as part of the initial phase of
research on the District's community standing.
