SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Public Information Committee Meeting
The Public Information Committee held a meeting at 2:00 p.m. on February 1, 1995. Present
were Mike Beverage, Paul Armstrong, William Robertson, Roger Lubin and Michael Robinson.
In addition, Laer Pearce, Sherry Johnson and Al Tello, representing Laer Pearce and Associates,
were present at the meeting.
Each member of the Laer Pearce and Associates team made a detailed presentation on their
portion of the draft Yorba Linda Water District public information plan. The Committee
discussed the plan in detail and offered advice. This matter is scheduled for presentation to the
full Board at the first Board of Directors meeting in March.
The meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
