SUBJECT: Summary minutes of Public Information Committee meeting
The Public Information Committee met on May 24, 1995. Directors Paul Armstrong, Mike
Beverage, General Manager Bill Robertson and Public Information Officer Mike Robinson were
present. The following issues were discussed:
1 . Consideration of an open letter to District customers regarding the District's
position on the Orange County Bankruptcy. The committee reviewed a draft letter
and provided direction to staff on tone, style and content.
