BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING

1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL

None.
4. CLOSED SESSION
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 6:15 p.m. All Directors in
attendance were present. Also present were General Manager Marc
Marcantonio, Assistant General Manager Brett Barbre, and General Counsel
Andrew Gagen.

The Board reconvened in Open Session at 6:32 p.m. General Counsel Gagen
reported that no action was taken during Closed Session that was required to be
reported under the Brown Act.
