The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m.

Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the
California Government Code
Name of Case: Irvine Ranch Water District v. Orange County Water
District, et al. (Los Angeles County Superior Court -
Case No. BS168278)
The Board reconvened in Open Session at 6:52 p.m. General Counsel Gagen
reported that no action was taken during Closed Session that was required to be
reported under the Brown Act.
