INCLUSION WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF
LANDS OWNED BY THE DISTRICT, DESIG-
NATED ANNEXATION NO. 64-1

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District as follows:
WHEREAS, the Yorba Linda County Water District now owns
the lands described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, such lands areentirely within the County of Orange,
State of California,
NOW2 THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District hereby:
1. Finds and determines that the inclusion of such lands
within the Yorba Linda County Water District will be of the
best interests of such District; and
2. Hereby orders the inclusion within the Yorba Linda
County Water District of all those lands situated in the County
of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
A parcel of land in Section 16, Township 3 South, Ran7e 9
West S.B.B. & M., in the County of Orange, State of California,
described an follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of that parcel of land
as shown on map reoorded in Book 33, Pate 37, of Record of
Surveys In the office of the Recorder of said County of
Orar e, and described more particularly in Book 5616, Page
73 of oaid reoords; thence easterly along the southerly
property line of said parcel to the first change in direction
of said southerly--aropi-iorty-lir a -tTremce S. 4$' 36' 4:2" E. ,
45 feet alonE; the new course of said southerly property line
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence S. 41° 23' 18" W.,
.4;0 feet; thence S. 48° 361 42" E.,, 480 feet; thence N. 41°
23' 18" E., 450 feet to said southerly property line; thence
N. 48° 36' 42" W., 480 feet aloe; said southerly properly
line to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING L. the bearing of S. 48'
30" 42" E., as shown for the portion of said southerly
property line of said parcel as shown on said Record of
Survey being the basis of bearings.

Containing 4.96 acres, more or less.
The above described property was purchased by
the Yorba Linda County Water District for the purpose
of a site for water reservoir. The deed does not
transfer the rights to any minerals, oil, gas, petro-
leum or other hydro-carbon substances.
ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County
Water District, Orange County, State of California, at its ad-
journed regular meeting held on May 27, 1964.
