ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AMENDING THE
DATE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF YORBA LINDA
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. REGULAR MEETINGS.
(a) Time. The Board of Directors shall hold regu-
lar meetings on the second and fourth Thursday of each month
at 8:30 A.M.; provided, however, that when the day fixed for
any regular meeting of the Board of Directors falls upon a
day designated by law as a legal or national holiday, such
meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding
day not a holiday.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda County Water District at its adjourned meeting
held on the 24th day of June, 19.71.
