The purpose of the ordinance is to prevent the waste of District water and to protect the health and safety of water users within the Yorba Linda Water District. The ordinance outlines permanent, year-round water 1 1 1 1 conservation measures and prohibitions against water 1 1 1 1 1 waste, as well as a four part contingency plan which • � • � 1 111 can be implemented in stages upon the declaration of water shortages.
