The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water
District was called to order by President Knauft at 7:00 p.m. Directors
present and answering the roll call: Howard Lindow, Fred Clodt, Art Korn, Whit
Cromwell and Roy Knauft. Also present Ralph Shook general manager and Assistant
Secretary of the Board.
The purpose of this adjourned meeting is a workshop session to review and discuss
items of concern to the Directors.
Discussion was held on Foundation for Responsible Local Government, Convention
attendance Policy and employee fringe benefit program.
No action was taken on any item.
Meeting adjourned,,at 9:30 p.m.
