The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was called to order by President Clodt at
4:00 p.m. in the offices of the District on Plumosa Drive.
Directors present and answering the roll: Mr. Clodt, Mr. Wagner,
Mr. Knauft and Mr. Lindow. Also present general manager Ralph
Shook secretary Jean Mathews, assistant general manager P.D.
Royere, Chuck Hobbs consultant and Art Littleworth attorney.
General manager Shook read the appraisal on the Richfield pro-
perty as presented by Buford Gibson. Discussion. Moved by
Director Knauft seconded by Director Lindow to advertise the
property for the minimum price of $17,500.00. Motion carried
unanimously. Director Korn arrived at 4:20 p.m. during above discussion.
Richard Davalos came into the meeting with the Fairgreen
easement E.I.R. Job 937. Attorney Littleworth explained several
way of proceeding, discussion. Mr. Davalos explained because this
was county territory that it might be better to mail notices to
all persons adjoining the property.
Moved by Director Knauft seconded by Director Wagner carried un-
animously to authorize the filing of the Negative Declaration,
posting in three places of the notice and mailing the material
to the 21 persons whose property adjoins the easement area.

Art Littleworth attorney, reported on the 2:00 p.m. committee
meeting held here today at the District office in the negotiations
for water and sewer to the East.
Discussion.
Chuck Hobbs expressed his views on the District position and future
plans.
Director Knauft left the meeting at 5:11 p.m.
Moved by Director Korn seconded by Director Wagner authorizing
counsel to prepare a draft of an agreement with the City, terms
and conditions to be defined as discussed, no time limit on the
water service to the east and sewer maintenance by the District.
Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Director Lindow seconded by Director Korn to adjourn at
5:55 p.m.
