April 16, 1977
The adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District was called to order by President Clodt at
9:00 a.m. in the offices of the District on April 16, 1977.
Directors present and answering the roll call: Fred Clodt, Merwin
Wagner, Roy Knauft and Art Korn. Director Lindow was absent.
Also present from the District Ralph Shook general manager, P.D.
Rpyere operations manager, Jean Mathews secretary, Richard Davalos
engineering and Dean Davisson public relations. Present from the
City Planning Commission Bob Clemmer, Bill Kittridge, Chas. Rosen
and Ronald McRoberts and Phil Paxton and Barry Hogan from the City
staff. Henry Wedaa city councilman, Leland Pound and Juanita Dorcy
from the press, Mike VanBibber Ranger from.the County Fire Station
and Jerry Carlson Yorba Linda resident were also present.
The property owners from the East side, Amos Travis, Bob Rimpau,
Bill Friend and Ernie Bryant acted as guides on the tour.
Dean Davisson introduced Richard Davalos from the District and
made a few appropriate remarks about the purpose of the meeting,
a tour of Telegraph Ridge area to the East.
Richard Davalos showed the group maps of the area to be traversed,
Telegraph Ridge Line East to the Bryant Ranch and return to the
District Reservoir site on Fairmont.
Moved by Director Korn seconded by Director Knauft to adjourn to
the Field trip as indicated above, motion carried unanimously.
Group returned to the District offices at 12:40 p.m.
Moved by Director Korn seconded by Director Knauft to adjourn the
meeting at 12:50 p.m., motion carried unanimously.
