An adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of-the Yorba Linda
County Water District was convened at the,office of the District
by President Wagner at the hour of 8:30 A.M., August 28, 19+53.
At the roll call Directors Wagner, Milmoe, McGuire and Hastings
were present. Director C1odt was absent. Also present was James
Erickson', Attorney for the District.
A request presented to the Orange County Planning Commission to
permit gravel pit operations in Block 36 was discussed. It was
pointed out that the Orange County Water District was watching
the operation closely and no action was taken by this Board.
On a motion by Director McGuire, seconded by Director Milmoe
and carried Resolution No. 85 was adopted as follows:
Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District Ascertatining and Determining Wage
Scales.
Whereas, the Board of Directors of the_Yorba Linda County Water
District is required by law to ascertain from time to time the
existing wage scales and other benefits in the area which are
being paid for trades and skills which will be involved in con-
struction and other work to be accomplished under contract by
the District, and
Whereas, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water
District has duly investigated and considered the wage scales
and other benefits paid to persons furnishing such trades and
skills;,
Now Therefor, Be It Resolved and Determined, that the existing
wagescales for the following trades and services are as listed
below:
