A"meeting of the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County nater District
was convened at the office of, the vistrict April 13, 1960 by Mice President
Wagner at the hair of 8:30 A.-t.
On the call of the roll the following Directors were present: Director gagner
Milmoe and Hastings. Also present was Attorney He ctodg Wr Ho~-r ll. Directors
Grist and Siodt were absent.
After being properly audited bills in the amount of „ 22,932.89 were approved
for payment on a motion made by Director dastings, seconded by Director
lllilmce a-,r- duly carried.
A general discussion was held co tcerring the awardi ng of con tracts. After
+iscussyon a motion was made by Diector ilzrioe, seconded by Dirt., ctorHastz n s
and unanimously carried that the contract for Schedule ` ( furnishing and
erecting steel Reservoirs and appartenances) be awarded to Lacy L.aTuf. Ca.,
as the lowest responsible bidder.
A motion was made by Director Milinoe, seconded by Director Hastings and
unanimously carried that the contract for Schedule 3, ( Constracticn of
Pipelines) be awarded to Young and A nder son Company as the lowest A esponsi:bla
bidder.
A motion was made by Director Hastings, s econded by Director -Milmoe and
duly carried that the meeting be adjourned to the hoar of 8:30 :A.M., Friday
