District was celled to order at the office of the District On Kl 134 1960,
at the hour of 8:30 a.m. by President Daida Crist. Upon roll call, the follow-
ing Directors were present: lei'". Crist, Mr. Wagner, Mr. dime, i•Z Clotd.t,
and Mr. Hastings. Also present was Attorney H. Rodger Howell.
On a notion by Director Wagner, seconded by Director Clodt, and carried, the

Mailed.
Mana.~7er Dueker reported that the Domestic Water Permit from the California
Department of Public Health had been granted to the District sublject to certain
arovisions. .A motion was made by Director P ilmoc, seconded , Director vl.o t,

to the Department of Public Health.
The Finance vummittee reported that they had received, audited, and ap7roveu
gills in the amount of $33,234.91 as shown on attached list. It was movea by
Director Hastings, seconded by Director Wagner, and unanimously carried that
bills as asditeJ are hereby approved fop payment.
A letter to the Board from Lawry a associates outlining the cost of the pro7osed
sewer syste17e, bard redemption period, estina.ted- interest rate and tai: rates

crease of approximately 10 pounds.

hearing had been held and no objections had been mete.
