CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 4:01 p.m. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ROLL CALL YLWD COMMITTEE MEMBERS YLWD STAFF Brooke Jones, Vice President Mark Toy, General Manager Tom Lindsey, Director Doug Davert, Asst General Manager Rosanne Weston, Engineering Manager John DeCriscio, Operations Manager Alison Martin, Public Affairs Manager Annie Alexander, Board Secretary CITY COMMITTEE MEMBERS PLACENTIA STAFF Jeremy Yamaguchi, Councilmember Damien Arrula, City Administrator Chad Wanke, Mayor Pro Tem Luis Estevez, Deputy City Administrator Masoud Sepahi, City Engineer 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. 5. DISCUSSION ITEMS 5.1. Status of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Discussion touched on whether there was a need for an MOU between both agencies at this time. Executive staff from both agencies will meet to explore the suggestion further and report back to the Committee. Cost savings associated with equipment sharing will also be reviewed. 5.2. Future Housing Developments Deputy City Administrator Estevez reported on the status of housing developments within Placentia. YLWD Projects Engineering Manager Weston reviewed the status of various District projects. 5.4. Water Related Legislation Public Affairs Manager Martin reviewed the status of pending water related legislation including the PFAS Action Act, the Infrastructure Act, and the Governor’s call for a voluntary 15% reduction in water consumption. 5.5. Future Meeting Date and Agenda Items Staff from both agencies will coordinate scheduling of the next meeting. 6. ADJOURNMENT 6.1. The meeting was adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
