RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED AGENTS
FOR MANAGEMENT OF GRANT AWARD
WHEREAS, the Yorba Linda Water District has received a grant award through the
California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) -State and
Local Cybersecurity Grant Program for Local and Tribal Governments, and is
required to designate authorized agents for the management of said award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water
District that the following positions:
General Manager
Assistant General Manager
Finance Manager
are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the Yorba Linda Water District, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any actions necessary
for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal
Department of Homeland Security and subgranted through the State of California for the
following Grant Award:
FY 2024 STATE AND LOCAL CYBERSECURITY GRANT PROGRAM
FOR LOCAL AND TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May 2025 by the following called vote:
