RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
AMENDING SECTION 9.1(B) OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District routinely
reviews and makes revisions to their Policies and Procedures Manual
(Manual); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to amend Section 9.1 (B) of this Manual.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
Water District as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 9.1 (B) of the Board of Directors Policies and Procedures
Manual is hereby amended as attached hereto and by reference
incorporated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 Oth day of April 2025 by the following called vote:

organizations shall be approved by the Board subject to budget limitations:
