Home My WebLink About1960-11-09 - Resolution No. 036I 0 0 1 e 11 RESOLUTION NO. 36 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF INCURRING INDEBTEDNESS AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING. The Board of Directors of Yorba Linda County Water District, of Orange County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. That this Board of Directors deems it necessary, and hereby declares the necessity, for the YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT to incur a bonded indebtedness in the sum of $1,100,000 for the purpose of the acquisition and construction of works and facilities for the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage, including collecting, interceptor, trunk and lateral sewers, and including the acquisition of all land, easements, pipe, pumps, machinery and other property necessary therefor, together with all necessary engineering and legal services in connection therewith? Yorba Linda Boulevard Elementary School, located at Yorba Linda, California, in said district be and the same are hereby fixed by this Board of Directors as the time and place for a hearing by this Board on the questions: (1) Will the whole or only a portion of the district be benefited by the accomplishment of said purpose? (2) If only a portion of the district will be benefited, what portion will be so benefited? Section 3. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the Secretary of this Board by publication of a copy of this resolution in the YORBA LINDA STAR a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said district, for at least two weeks before the time fixed for said hearing. Section 4. That said copy of this resolution so published shall be accompanied by a notice subscribed by said Secretary, with the seal of the district attached, to the effect that the hearing referred to in this resolu- tion will be had at the time and place above specified, 2.
