RESOLUTION NO. 78
WHEREAS the fee of $5.00 per service connection previously established by
the District for the inspection of House Connections to the sewer facilities
of the District purusant to the application for sewer service to various
parcels of land is not consistant for the various types of land use, namely sir
single family residential, multiple family fesidential, commercial, and
industrial uses,
the District does hereby resolve, determine, and establish that:
The fee for the inspection of House Connections to the sewer facilities
of the District pursuant to the application for sewer service to parcels
of land for any use other than single family residential use, where the
quanity of sewage effulent per service connection is designed or estimated
to be more than that of a single family residential service connection,
shall be $20.00 per gross acre, but not less than 5.00 per application.
This Resolution shall include, but not be limited to, parcels of land
used for schools, shopping centers, and garden type or high rise apartments.
This new rate shall apply to all sewer service applications received by the
District after December 31, 1962.
