RESOLUTION NO.
ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT WITH REGARD TO THE RENDITION OF SANITARY SEWER
SERVICE.
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of the District have from time to
time adopted Resolutions and Minute Orders establishing rates,
policies, and proceedures for provision of Sanitary Sewer Service;
and,
WHEREAS, the District desires to
Minute Orders into one composite
time by means of a brief title;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

compile these Resolutions and
that may be referred to from
THAT, there is hereby established Rules and Regulations entitled
"Rules and Regulations of the Yorba Linda County Water District
with Regard to the Rendition of Sanitary Sewer Service".

THAT, the Rules and Regulations described in Section I hereinabove
are comprised of the Resolutions and Minute Orders previously
adopted by the Board of Directors and described as follows:
1. Resolution No. 41 - Adopted June 23, 1961 -set up program
of private capital to construct trunks with refund.
2. Resolution No. 42 - Adopted July 8, 1961 - Amends Resolution
41 for Drainage Area "C" with lst Builder payment clause.
3. Resolution No. 48 - Adopted July 12, 1961 - Sets use rate
at 50C per house per month.
4. Minute Order - Carried December 13, 1961 - increase Records
and Over Head Charge to $10.00 per lot - Increase House
Connection Inspection Charge to $5.00 per lot.
5. Minute Order - Carried December 18, 1961 - Sets Frontage
Charge as defined in Resolution 41 at $200.00 per service.
6. Resolution No. 42 as amended June 26, 1962 - Amends
Resolution 42 to allow for 2nd builder payment - equating
clause.
7. Minute Order - Carried February 28, 1962 - sets industrial
sewer service monthly use rates.
8. Minute Order - Policy - carried May 9, 1962 - no charge for
easements acquired by District and later used by land owners
for sewer service.
9. Minute Order - Policy - carried May 23, 1962 - General
Manager may waive "certain" sewer deposits and sign improve-
ment plans.
10. Minute Order - carried June 13, 1962 - Service to Property
Line Inspection Charge set at $10.00 per connection.

11. Resolution No. 60 - adopted June 27, 1962 - All parcels smaller
than one acre in size shall have service charge ( acreage)
set by Board.
L2. Minute Order - carried September 25, 1962 - General Manager
may release bonds on any project without specific Board
approval.
13. Minute Order - carried September 25, 1962 - Sets use rate
for apartments at 50q, per month per living unit.
14. Resolution No. 74 - adopted December 12, 1962 - Sets Records
and Over Head Charge at $40.00 per acre for multiple unit/
single service parcels.
15. Resolution No. 78 - adopted February 13, 1963 - Sets House
Connection Inspection Charge at $20.00 per acre for multiple
unit/single service parcels,
16. Resolution No. 79 - adopted February 13, 1963 - Sets frontage
charge at $2.60 per front foot for multiple unit/single
service parcels.
17. Resolution No. 80 - adopted f ebruary 27, 1963 - Defines
service lines and makes maintenance of service lines the
obligation of the consumer.
18. Minute Order - carried March 13, 1963 - Increases Service
Charge to $350.00 per acre for all drainage areas.
19. Minute Order - carried June 12, 1963-Sets use rate for
schools at $1.00 per month per school.
20. Minute Order - carried August 28, 1963 - Setsuse rates for
petroleum service $5.00 minimum for unmetered, etc.
21. Resolution No. 89 - carried November 13, 1963 - Amends
Resolution 41 for Drainage area "B" and sets service fee.
22. Resolution No. 90 - carried November 13, 1963 - Establishes
sanitary sewer service to `oil wells in drainage area "C".

TFAT, this Resolution, shall be effective as of December 11, 1963.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of December 1963, by the following
