AMENDS RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE BY ADDING
PROVISIONS FOR INSPECTION AND PLAN CHECK FEES.
WHEREAS, there is a need to collect a deposit to provide for the payment
of Inspection and Plan Check Fees required for the installation of
Sanitary Sewers;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT, the Rules and Regulations of the Yorba Linda County Water District
with regard to the rendition of Sanitary Sewer Service is hereby amended
by adding the following:
An Applicant for Sanitary Sewer Service shall deposit with the District
an amount of money, as estimated by the District, to provide plan check
and inspection services for the installation of all Sanitary Sewer
Facilities before a permit is granted for the construction of said
facilities. In the event the total amount so deposited exceeds the
total of such charges, as finally determined, said excess deposit shall
be returned to the applicant. In the event the total amount so deposited
is less than the total of such charges, as finally determined, the
applicant shall then pay to the District the difference between the
total deposits and the total charges.
In the event an Applicant shall post with the District a Performance
Bond, in an amount set by the District, guaranteeing to construct the
required facilities at no expense to the District, the requirement set
forth hereinabove may be waived.
In the event an Applicant is requesting the installation of a sewer
service ( house connection ) the requirement set forth hereinabove
may be waived.

THAT, this Resolution shall be effective as of December 11, 1963.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of December 1963, by the following called
vote:
