RESOLUTION NO. 135
2 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, ORANGE
3 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, THE MAP OF ASSESSMENT
4 DISTRICT NO. 64-1 AND THE ESTIMATES OF
THE COSTS AND EXPENSES OF THE WORK.

6 WHEREAS, Lowry and Associates, Civil Engineers, have been
7 heretofore directed to prepare plans and specifications for the
8 construction of said sanitary sewers; and
9 WHEREAS, plans and specifications, respectively, for the
10 construction of certain sanitary sewer work in the Yorba Linda
11
County Water District, prepared
by Lowry and
Associates, Civil
12
Engineers, have been presented
to this Board
of Directors; and
13 WHEREAS, a map of the proposed Assessment District No.
14 64-1, prepared by Lowry and Associates, has been presented to this
15 Board of Directors; and
16 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Yorba Linda County Water
17: District proposes to take proceedings under the Improvement Act of
18 1911 (commencing at Section 5000, Streets and Highways Code) for
19 the construction of certain sanitary sewers in the Yorba Linda
20 County Water District; and
21 WHEREAS, Lowry and Associates have submitted careful
22 estimates of the costs and expenses of the work and the proceed-
23 ings under the Improvement Act of 1911;
24 NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
25 County Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND, DETERMINE and
26 ORDER as follows:

Section 1.
The plans

consisting
of 11
sheets numbered 1
to 11, inclu-
29 sive, and identified "Plans for Sewer Improvement, Assessment
30 District No. 64-1, Yorba Linda County Water District" presented to
31 this Board of Directors on the date hereof are hereby approved and
32 ordered filed with the General Manager of the District.

1 Section 2. The specifications for the construction of
2 sewer work in Assessment District No. 64-1 consisting of general
3 provisions, pages 1 to 13, inclusive, and special provisions,
4 pages 1 to 4, inclusive, the Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals and
5 the Proposal, and identified as "Specifications for the Construc-
6 tion of Sewer Improvement in Assessment District No. 64-1, Yorba
7 Linda County Water District" presented to this Board of Directors
8 on the date hereof be and the same are hereby approved and ordered
9 filed with the General Manager of the District.
10 Section 3. That the Assessment District boundary map for
11 Assessment District No. 64-1 and identified as "Sewer Assessment
12 District No. 64-1 Assessment District Boundary" presented to this
13 Board of Directors on the date hereby is hereby approved and
14 ordered to be placed on file with the General Manager of the Dis-
15 trict and to be filed in the office of the County Recorder of
16 Orange County, California.
17 Section 4. That the estimated cost and expenses of the
18 acquisition, work and improvement, including incidental expenses,
19 in the sum of One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Five and
20 Dollars ($__llL~205.71 ) submitted to this Board of Directors by
21 Lowry and Associates is hereby approved.
